I believe we all need to talk. To find a space where everything can be expressed without judgment, where we can simply be ourselves. To have the certainty that a strong person is there to support us. That’s why, in my practice, I do everything I can to ensure each person feels welcomed, respected, and supported, while also providing a firm and secure framework. Therapy is not just about talking. It’s a place where we take our time. We explore, we feel, we become aware, and together, we find ways to adjust and live more happily. If you'd like to walk this path with me, I’d be delighted.

My work

I offer Gestalt psychotherapy sessions for individuals and couples, as well as Lifespan Integration sessions for trauma treatment.

Sessions can be held in person or online, in either French or English.
